I have always been a people person. Even at school, I was nominated to look after the new pupil. Providing great service and helping people has always been important to me. Over the last ten years I have been interested in alternative therapies and treatment, I found myself attracted to hypnotherapy specifically. From there I studied a wide range of hypnosis treatments and I am now a fully qualified and accredited hypnotherapist.

 

I am passionate about Hypnotherapy and the relaxing techniques that have life changing, positive results. Take the first step and come and meet me and discuss your issues. The first meeting is free and so is the coffee!

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a form of complementary therapy that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour. The process itself aims to alter our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while simultaneously stimulating and focussing the subconscious part. This heightened state of awareness is reached using skilled relaxation techniques.
